As a mommy to be, you already have enough stresses going on so the last thing you want is to have to stress over your environment. This place is not one in which you can live a blissful life. Since March when we moved in, we have dealt with a NUMBER of issues. These issues range from flooding to mice. I loved living here! The office staff, particularly Kasey, was the reason I signed my lease. She is incredibly helpful and very responsive to anything I've needed. Maintenance here is awesome and usually get out within 3 hours. There is a lot of run off when it rains, but considering it's at the bottom of a hill, it was expected.
