My wife and I are now in our second year at Waterford Place, and we absolutely love it here. Being in our 50s, we appreciate the peace and quiet, as well as the convenience of having great restaurants and shopping nearby. The Folsom Bike Trail runs right behind the complex, making it perfect for biking or walking. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the units are modern and up to date.
