I recently moved from here. These apartments have a low rating for a reason. Basically these apartments had nasty tenants that left trash everywhere. Their kids would vandalize stuff and be out all day and night without any supervision. They let their kids leave bikes everywhere even in front of your door so when you walk outside you trip. This can be a problem if your holding a baby. They never got any kind of punishment or listened to anyone if you asked them to stop. My wife and I are now in our second year at Waterford Place, and we absolutely love it here. Being in our 50s, we appreciate the peace and quiet, as well as the convenience of having great restaurants and shopping nearby. The Folsom Bike Trail runs right behind the complex, making it perfect for biking or walking. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the units are modern and up to date.
