Feel fortunate to have found Waterford Place after living in Florida from birth to retirement. Love NC!!! Such a pleasant, beautiful state. Waterford Place has it all, plus some. Great maintenance staff, kind and knowledgeable, quick to fix what is needed and help with daily needs. Office staff offers lots of fun activities for both adults and kids. Great place to live! Peaceful, quiet, close to nature. The maintenance team is fantastic, big shout out to James for fixing our A/C literally minutes after it went out!
Beautiful environment with a lovely apartment.
Apartments were very spacious, had little to no issues with the one I was in. Leasing staff were all amazing as well as very accommodating when I was contractor on a job and needed another lease quickly. Highly recommend to anyone moving over to Greensboro!n
