The new management is horrible. I have numerous things going in my apartment, from air conditioning going out every summer and taking weeks to get fix, to things breaking down and getting the run around from the staff. They have a roach infestation in other tenant buildings that have not been resolved. Rosalina has horrible customer service and repeatedly stated that Valerie the manager will call and have yet to hear back from her on numerous occasions.
