...Perhaps the best place to live in all of Bryan County! The newly built High School is close by. Publix is just minutes away. Wonderful neighbors and exceptional amenities. The H.O.A. fees are very reasonable. The greenspace is vast and well kept. Great recreation area for Kids! Most people love it here! We have lived here since 2014 and can imagine living anywhere else!
I would not reccamend living here at all. Most of the positive comment's are to help the realtors or some of the home owners sell homes. I personally rented here not long ago and there are many issues that the people within the community look over. Expect a 20 percent increase in HOA dues every other year. Also expect the annual HOA meetings to be held at the New Beginnings church at 7PM (prevents home owners from actually attending). Good neighborhood except landlords keep buying every house that comes up for sale. Oak Ridge Circle has 44 houses, 16 are rentals.
Beautiful community with fantastic amenities and great neighbors!
