My husband and I moved here from Ohio 8 years ago but sadly we are moving back to Ohio. I am going to miss this neighborhood so much. I have made some wonderful friends here. We also have enjoyed the pool, golf cart paths and the amazing views, rocket launches, and sunsets at the docks. The drive back Cranston Bluff into our neighborhood and the neighborhood with all the beautiful blooming azaleas this time of year rivals anyplace in downtown Savannah.
You will not find a neighborhood more family oriented. Neighbors and friends become family here. My kids have enjoyed all the events from the Community Easter Egg Hunt to Fireworks off the dock on 4th of July. In my opinion, Waterford Landing offers more than any other development in Richmond Hill.
Our family of 4 absolutely loves living in Waterford Landing! The neighborhood offers water access, making it perfect for those who love spending time on the water. The amenities here are top-notch, with a fantastic boat storage area for convenience. We have lived here for close to 15 years. Waterford has been a great home for our family. Living the river life rewards us with beautiful sunsets, water and beaches, wildlife and fishing right in our back yard. The hood has boat storage, boat launch, boat docks, pool, basketball, pavilion, park, and 220 acres of green space.
This is a wonderful neighborhood. The amenities are awesome. Not to mention the beautiful sunset every day. The neighbors really look out for each other. Love it here ❤️
