I believe the staff and optometrist are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Brandon Martin, the Optical Manager was extremely helpful. He helped me sign-up for a $35 dollar visa card. He took the time to not only help me find out about this great deal but also assisted me in signing up for this savings. I truly love this place, I have been going for about 3 years and I always get my glasses from them, they are absolutely the best quality and they carry the best brands, I never had any issues with my glasses or anything. Love it!!!
I had a great experience here. Everyone was very nice and I was in and out quickly. They were more than accommodating helping me pick out my lovely frames. Dr. Nair was awesome and took his time to explain everything to me about my eyes and their health. Thanks again! Brenda

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the way you people extorted money form us. Your guy refused to use my health benefit to pay for my glasses because I was going to switch the lenses from my broken pair when they came in. Accusing us as trying to beat the system? They are my glasses! If I want to switch the lenses I can, why is that wrong? My wife came for contact lenses and she was quoted $35.00. Then when you found out she had an insurance benefit you changed the insurance $50.00. So who is the shady / unethical one... read more
I want to see as clearly as possible. It affects everything I do. Dr. Vijay Nair and his staff at Waterford Lake Eye Care make me feel they have the same interest, and they prove it to me through their actions. I always feel like I am getting their best. Scheduling is easy, my appointments are timely. Dr. Vijay's attention to the details are complete and personal. I keep coming back and I am glad I do.
My visit to Waterford Lakes Eye care was outstanding. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable. Caleb was patient and helpful when assisting me with choosing the right frames. One thing I appreciated the most was that Dr. Nair listens to his patients.
