Lexington management AKA waterford heights !!!!stay away bad shady business practices. Lies upon lies watch your backs ! After you leave the property they hired a tru clean company to fake clean and charged 330$ for stuff that was already clean scam company!!
Lived here for 2 years and it's very clear that all they care about is collecting checks. I had a wasp infestation in my unit and all management did was tell me to spray chemicals in my unit. Good luck if you get a 1st level loft style as they don't put a fan on your 2nd floor so summers are unnecessarily hot. Poor insulation is also a major issue in the winter.
