My boyfriend and I live here and they have been nothing, but pleasant to us. They have also been super helpful with relocating to another unit a little bigger than what we have. A few issues here and there, but nothing major.
They tried fining me $500 for not breaking down recycling. Two apartments moved in that weekend and I threw in my BROKEN down boxes on top. They saw my label on top of the pile and came after me. I appealed it and threatened to lawyer up and they dropped it. It took them 2 weeks to fix a drain in our tub because “corporate had to approve it”. They came and took pictures then left. If you ever rent from them take pictures and get everything in writing. They’re sneaky and money hungry. We lived there 3 years. Never again…
