Worst living experience I have ever had. Every possible worst case scenario occurred from having an AC that went out for an entire month in the hottest part of summer (completely unlivable and lived somewhere else for that month), to not sealing up windows and leaving huge gaps for weeks in the coldest parts of winter. I highly recommend Waterford Downs to anyone looking for an apartment in the St. Louis area. I moved here from New Hampshire to go to school at WashU and was extremely nervous about moving so far away from home and moving into my first apartment alone. The staff helped me so much with that transition, they were always SO kind and extremely helpful whenever I had any questions. I lived in Waterford Downs for two years and absolutely loved my experience. I felt it was a very safe area and well-kept apartment complex. Warm and friendly environment – majority of residents are in their late 20’s/30’s and work full-time. My neighbors were nice. The complex itself is quiet, no loud noise or disturbances. I have not moved here yet but I am exited to do so at end of July. The staff is very knowledgable and accommodating. I had to change my moving date and Karen has done a great job understanding my needs and changing everything twice. Shoutout to Ed the property manager for being so incredible customer focus. He was the first person I talked to when I called to complete an application. Then he is so willing to answer questions and concerns. Ed is the right person for his job. Thank you Ed and Karen.
Shoutout to Ed the property manager for installing a plug in our parking garage for a trickle charger just for my special car that doesn’t like to start while in quarantine and not ran for days at a time.
Would absolutely recommend. Always such timely responses to our maintenance needs. Pete and the other staff are so nice and easy to work with.
They have great maintenance service! Pete came to my apartment shortly after I made the call to fix my toilet that was leaking and my sink that was draining slowly. He was courteous and very helpful.
