Vicki my hygienist is the ONLY reason I have stayed with Waterford for over 10 years. Vicki retired at least 30 days before my appt. I was not notified that she was gone & kept my appt today with a temporary hygienist. She was very kind & did her job but for me there will never be a replacement for Vicki. If you do choose Waterford Dental make sure you track your charges & your insurance coverage. The Admin/Accounting Dept needs help.
Staff provides great customer services, friendly and very caring. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments.

I really really really love the Waterford family dental group. They were so so accommodating to me. From the office personnel to the assistants to Dr Kim. He is awesome btw. Thank you all so much I was in so much pain.
Overall a positive client experience from cost, expertise, time, service, and follow through. I am in early 50's and so I am late in having braces but I'm glad I did it. Excellent, Professional Service. Friendly Staff and the dental work performed is so great!
I love the attention they give my son and how friendly the whole staff is with everyone. Lucas fights and screams every time they try to get him to lay still to brush his teeth, but I love how calm and patient the dr is and the entire staffing super nice. They have goodies to give him after and even balloons I couldn’t be happier with Waterford dental for my kids dental care.
