I had a wonderful experience, however when I was leaving and speaking with staff prior to cleanings/ X-rays that all treatments would be paid for. I feel that I was mislead by the “extra “ charges that I will get billed for because insurance did not cover it all. Now it is my responsibility to know this but I feel that the dentist provider should know it too. Thus is why I feel that I was mislead.

Waterford Dental is the absolute best! They had fallen out of my insurance coverage in 2025 but thankfully were covered for me in 2026. This really showed me just how incredible the folks at Waterford are when it comes to compassionate care! Going to the dentist is never fun for me, but the entire staff is so patient and kind. Hanna at the front desk has an amazing and helpful attitude. The hygienist Hannah is so kind and gentle, and talking to her throughout the entire appointment really made it fly by pain free.
