Caring, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. After a number of "bad experiences" elsewhere I was definitely a fearful patient. Coming into the office the staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor was pleasant to work with and helped me understand the procedure I was getting done that day. I will be coming back for all of dental needs.
Not only did Dr. Lopez abandon me during treatment, he refused to take responsibility for hiring an unqualified temp dentist who ruined my teeth. He is very irresponsible and lacks empathy. Stay AWAY!
I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Pedro A. Mora-Rosa as my dentist in Orlando, Florida for over a decade. He has taken care of my entire family over the years. He has done root canals and crowns, implants, fixed broken teeth, many other procedures. We trust his work and his advice entirely, and all of his work has been outstanding.
