I've only been here twice, but I've had good experience both times. I'll say this... if you have something in particular that needs to be addressed (a spot, etc.), you have to stay on them. That's not taking anything away from them, that's just if you're a little "OCD" like me. All in all, they do a great job from what I can tell. They don't steal, like most car washes in New Orleans East. I say that because my spare change is still in my tray! �.... I love this place!! I come here for my oil changes, state inspection. I got my light detailed here, they are just so kind!!!
They were very busy but got an oil change and free car wash in a reasonable amount of time. Love how the oil change people do not "push" products for you to buy.
Been going here for awhile now. Great job n excellent service..they pay attention to detail that's why i drive for McKinney !
These guys understand good customer service.
Very disappointing. Normally I get a good car wash. Today 9/8.2016, they failed to clean the hood - it had some goop on it from someone throwing a milkshake on it. I drive out and I still see it all over the hood. I should have turned around and had them redo it - $32.Waterfalls, you cannot expect your machine to do everything - you have to pay attention to details - the guys finishing it up should have noticed the hood was not clean.
