Worst wash ever. My car still had bird crap on the roof, streaks, and just a crappy job. And I'm pretty sure they scratched the passenger side door, which apparently is a regular issue here. There was no manager on duty to talk to and the counter girl just said he's not here. Seemed disinterested in helping. Horrible service, horrible car wash and now I have to go pay to get a REAL car wash. I live in Allen and will definitely be telling everyone I know about my experience. Always great service here! In and out and great customer service.
What amazes me is the level of quality and attention every car gets at waterfalls , everyone will go by the cars to check on the detail work is done to meet the expectations . I get everything serviced for all my 3 vehicles - from detail washes (hand wash) to inspections and oil changes ...... extremely pleased with everything every time. Ask about their loyalty program, why not a free wash every now and then.

Third time here..service is great and very satisfied with overall cleanliness of my car..especially the windshield..which was an issue where I used to go..they always smeared the inside windshield..ugh! Will definitely continue to come here and refer them as well!!
I have been coming here for years with satisfactory service. More recently, however, I brought my car in for a wash and noticed that there was paint missing on my car immediately after. I was asked to bring the car in, which was a complete waste of my time. Immediately the supervisor went on the defensive saying that there was no way that their machines could cause the paint to come off. Not true. I then asked to speak to the supervisor, who turned out to be who I was already dealing with. I asked him why he made me drive up... read more
