Very poor customer service I had heard amazing things about Waterfall Jewelers. The first time I went in, I had amazing customer service and felt right at home. The gentleman helping us was very kind and willing to show us whatever we wanted to see! I left with the intention of returning after thinking over the large purchase of an engagement ring. family owned and operated Waterfall has a great selection of jewlery for all budgets, they offer layaway and great personal service. For your repairs they are fast and do a great job. The cases and cases of items are exceptional, the hardest thing about going to this store is choosing what you love the most!!
Waterfall Jewelers I happened to be out in area of this store and stopped in, and to my surprise they had a terrific selection of things. I ended up with a new necklace and pair of earrings. I like the variety, and the styles. The business is family owned and that seemed to make it quaint and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and would go back. The prices seem typical of good quality jewelry.
Excellent Service It is amazing how welcome I feel when I shop here. I am usually the one that is having something done to my watch. Either a pin or a battery. They have never charged me ever. So when my husband and myself where shopping for my 20th anniversary present a 2.00 ct diamond this is the place I would only go. Great Michigan Jeweler! I found this business by searching the web for a retired Pandora charm. They had retail prices (which is great considering some jack up prices on discontinued Pandora beads). I was very happy with their shipping time and their pretty Pandora packaging (cute box for the 1 bead I ordered)!!! Would do business again with them. Jennifer
Bought my wife’s engagement ring/wedding band and was helped by Tom (the owner). Saved a ton of money and got a better diamond than I thought I could afford. They even customized the set for us. They have earned my loyalty time and time again. Every repair is done right the first time and fast. Often times they don’t charge me for things that any other store would. Thanks waterfall -Paul R
We paid Waterfall Jewelers over $200 for an appraisal in 2014. Two rings were stolen in 2015, only then did we discover how inaccurate the appraisal was. We now know at least two of the descriptions in the appraisal were inaccurate. We were told by our insurance company, based on the Waterfall appraisal description, one of the stolen rings was undervalued by $400. The insurance only paid the Waterfall appraised value because that was the insured value. Another ring was described on the Waterfall appraisal as a diamond solita... read more
When I decided to up grade my wife's wedding ring, after 25 years, we went to Jared. We looked at settings and diamonds then picked the best one that I could afford. Before I made the purchase, I wanted to shop around, so we went to Waterfall Jewelers in Waterford. Boy am I glad that I did !! We saved $7000.00, that's right Seven Thousand, and it was a better diamond. Now I am a loyal customer.
