Watercrest is now on its own. The dishonest developer (Vanguard) has now ran away with only 50% of the homes built, to avoid maintaining his bad quality common areas and infrastructure. This is a big deal as this poor infrastructure will affect our HOA fees in the future. Lennar has recently been offering some nice homes at a decent price for this area. Slow moving HOA! Changed management company and still waiting on offers made by the previous. Like Gates on sidewalks to make it a gated community and additional tables in the community pool. Home Repairs are made at a good rate. Love my house and the neighbors. Wish the transition to the new HOA would be over so we can have things done on that side of business.
Sales staff is not very friendly
