Awesome place, they treat you nice and quick service
I had Adriana as my phlebotomist she was unable to successfully draw blood and then began moving the needle around inside my arm in an attempt to obtain blood. This caused significant pain and discomfort. I was not informed beforehand that this would be done, nor was I asked for consent to continue after the initial unsuccessful attempt. I told her she didn't have the needle in she became upset and began to talk about me to the other phlebotomist. Extremely unprofessional behavior.
Went there 7/7 @6:05 a.m. there was no one there. I left and went back @ 6:45 . There still was no one there. Big sign on the door hours 6am.-5pm.
Worst experience I had with a lab technician this past Saturday. He tried to poke my baby’s arm in any direction he liked but I had to tell him to stop right away because my baby was screaming from pain, beside that I was watching him and his monstrous manners from the beginning. One of the empty tubes fell down on the floor and he literally picked it up and tried to use it . That’s insane. Don’t go there . I went to suite 304 to get blood work done for my one year old. I am currently learning in medical school. Chuck the phlebotomist and Linda took it upon themselves to “fish” for my daughters vein shoving the needle in every opposite direction trying to hit a vein, with no consideration of puncturing/hitting a nerve or one of her little veins.
