I'm in awe! While standing at the nursery window looking in at my beautiful newborn Granddaughter Sadie Christine Lacombe, several nurses stood around her giving her the special treatment. Brushing her hair etc..I thought she was the only baby in the nursery. It was as if she was at Bippity boppity boop in Disney world. She and here Mommy are receiving the best care. Thank you to all the Drs. and Nurses who work tirelessly everyday @ Waterbury Hospital.

The emergency staff was very rude to my family and I during my recent visit. I came to translate for my grandmother who did not understand anything medical staff where telling her. No one offered a translator or anything to help her understand what was going on. And when I asked it took 3 nurses to get me the info and delievered with an attitude. I was very dissatisfied with the care and I think this hospital has gone downhill.
