I would never recommend this complex to anybody. The apartment is overall pretty nice, but DO NOT expect the maintenance man to fix ANYTHING at all. We have been asking him to fix several things for a couple of months now but he hasnt done anything. We have new neighbors upstairs who are incredibly noisy and keep us up late at night. This is a violation of their lease but nothing has been done. The manager stopped up once but to no avail. Should they not recieve this written violation they threaten everybody with? would never recommend Waterbury apartments, policy clearly states that if you own pets you are responsible for picking up your pets waste, however this is not being done and management refuses to enforce policy. Manager is rude and many times has locked office door during business hours. These are only a few things that are not right at this complex, used to be a fairly good complex a couple of years ago.
