Ken was very attentive and helpful. We got just the mattress we needed and he threw in a mattress cover, since it took a week for the mattress to come in , because of the holiday. I will definitely be going to Waterbed Gallery again. Go by and see Ken, you won't be disappointed!

I can't express my gratitude enough for Ken and the two wonderful gentlemen that came and delivered my bed today. We have been getting a new house ready in this heat and my husband worked in it all day yesterday and we we unable to get our bed frame moved. I called and told them to not bring my bed today b/c of this. I would like to let everyone know that those wonderful men took apart my bed and moved it for me. Bought mattress for our daughter's spare bedroom and Ken really gave us a good deal. He delivered as well, when we were ready for it and happy to do whatever they needed to get this done correctly!!! I also purchased a set of bamboo sheets for myself and look forward to having a good nights sleep:) Thank so much Ken!!! Shop local...it pays off.

Ken and his employees are simply the best. You won't find a business owner with more integrity and customer care than Ken. Ken goes out of his way to help and give you the best price anywhere. He retails top of the line merchandise and gets it to you quickly. You won't find high pressure selling tactics or gimmicks here. I love that he treats me like a great friend and not just a customer.
My husband and I purchased the Serta iComfort adjustable bed and we love it. Mr. Ken was great to work with. He took his time answering any questions we had and gave us the information we needed to make our selection. We would definitely recommend him. In fact, we liked it so much we bought our son one a week later! If you are looking for a new mattress, go see him!
