RecommendedWaterbar has been a “go to” for me for some time. A bottle of peculiar champagne, they have it. A wine of amazing texture and proportions they have it. Healthy options, available. The best shout-out is the service. Attentive, caring, genuinely knowledgeable and individual concern are all traits the staff embodies. I highly recommend and my hat is off to the amazing Chefs that keep the whole thing going.
RecommendedWow, absolutely lovely, from the pleasantries of the host staff due to us running a bit late to the amazing waiter, Milo who expertly broke down each dish we had quandaries about. Waterbar is a wonderful restaurant for a lovely evening out.
RecommendedIncredible dining experience! Lovely views, pleasant ambiance and fantastic food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has the right noise level - lively, yet intimate. We took the waiter’s suggestion of ceviche and shared a platter of branzino. Both were exceptional. It was my husband’s birthday and they had a special note for him. It was all a lovely experience- we will be back!
