On March 16, 2024 I called to set up an appointment for our pool opening. I was told that it would be in April and we would have the pool opened. March 19th received a call from the owner asking me why I called another pool servicer to open the pool. Well my phone number and name was on a list, that call was on a list of pool providers in the area, so the owner of waterworld is part of some group that pulls together to get names of people looking for pool help. Very knowledgeable and have lots of parts in stock.
They always have the parts and chemicals I need and at a reasonable price. Great customer service.
I love waterworld. I've used them for many years from opening/closing my pool to maintenence and chemicals, they do it all. The new building they are in is pretty big and they have lots of stuff that I can choose from! Big showroom with spas in it. They next on my list to get. Thanks guys and gals for all you do!
