We had Water Works put in a sprinkler system in the back yard. The resulting product was several trenches in our back yard, meaning the job was not done properly. Water Works refused to bring in dirt to fill the areas, and at first proceeded to take dirt from other places in our yard, which would have further exacerbated the problem rather than fix it.
