I've done business with Water Works on several occasions. The level of service and attention to detail is fantastic. Highly recommended.
Saw a crew at a local QT gas station. One employee was yelling at another employee apparently because he had to call out of work for lack of childcare. The one man yelled and yelled the other man’s personal situation out for everyone to hear. I called into the company and asked to speak to the manager to report the situation. The manager told me “this is what he has to deal with because he can’t find good help. Came home, and for starters they blocked my driveway so I couldn't get into my driveway. Secondly, they open my fence to the backyard without permission. When I asked the guy if he opened the fence.? He says yes! I tell him there's a dog back there. And he response with "oh he is in the house" how does he know that I don't have more than one which we do, and how does he know all of my dogs are inside. Watched one of their vehicles have road rage with another vehicle to see which one of them got to go first while merging. If they make decisions like that, I would say don’t use them.
