the wash malfunction ran me into the truck infront of me putting a hole in the bumper of my car the company is taking no responsibility for the malfunction and now im left with the cost to repair my car stay clear of this plase mikes car wash is coming soon
just got the works and there's still dirt and berries and tar on the car! bugs on the grill. just wasted my money this place has gone down hill :-(
This place is a serious joke. They charge $14 with no vacuuming of the car included like they used to a few months ago. If I wanted to half ass it like this I'd run my car through a gas station car wash. It would be nice if you'd let people know things have changed. I give this place 2 thumbs down for misleading the public. Needless to say they will only fool me once.
We have the monthly pass for the Ultimate Wash on Sunday the 21st we renewed are monthly pass. We gave the attendant $30 cash and A $5 tip. We just came through today and were told it wasn't renewed......this is ridiculous. Also you have to way to contact anyone on your website..
They broke my side mirror today. Went back to show the manager. It had pieces of their brushes hanging out where they broke it. He pulls them out and says it was already like that. See you in Small Claims boys.
We went this afternoon 1-23-16 to get our our new Durango cleaned because of all of the salt. They were very busy waited at least 15 minutes in line paid 10 dollars for the "works" wash. We noticed after the wash that we did not feel the water under your feet when they clean the underbelly. Sure enough pull over and check it is caked with salt still and dry! This place is very very slow. The line takes forever to get through. If you have to be somewhere fast don't stop here first, you will be late for sure. Would like to see things speed up a little. Sometimes you get the pre soap sprayed on and sometimes not. I guess depends on who is working. The dryers at the end are not good at all. There is a ton of water left over on the car. As for the wash it is not a bad wash and seems to get the car cleaned.
I just left this place.I have a Kia Serento . Paid 10 dollars for a wash...and another 10 to have the inside cleaned...also gave theg uy 5 dollar tip....OK 25 bucks for a wash that a 10 year old could have done a better job. Half swept the inside...was told they don't do the rear because that is considered my trunk....floor mats were not cleaned....didn't look like they had even been shaken...went back after taking a closer look.
