Exterior Washes include vacuuming and towel drying. Our Detail Center offers Express Detail services such as waxing, polishing, carpet and upholstery shampoo, leather cleaning and super interior cleaning, each done in less than 30 minutes. For full service, the truck was not as clean as I expected. Didn’t vacuum out the console area even though I had emptied it out for cleaning. The exterior had a lot of areas that still had dirt that should have been wiped off, including the wheels. The guy cleaning the glass pulled out my automatic mirrors with force that made me cringe. Explained to him that there’s a button for that. Overall, not a great wash for the money.
Instead of any kind of warm welcome I’m greeted with “for future reference next time don’t pull up so far” the clerk I payed seemed annoyed. I’m listening to them openly discuss an employee not clocking out (by name.) I get the car back and essentially have to finish vacuuming and wiping down my interior myself. Won’t be getting my business again.

Did someone new buy this company? Through the years my experiences have been positive, but not this time. I paid extra to have the interior cleaned better than normal. I paid to have the door jams cleaned and they seem to have forgotten. This is very disappointing. Too bad they didn’t forget to charge me extra.
