This establishment believes the less fortunate among us should freeze to death during the winter. You can thank the owner for threatening to sue the Salvation Army's warming shelter (the only one in the city) and almost getting it closed. Do yourself a favor and sponsor businesses that care about our community here in Colorado Springs.

Service is meh. PLUS the owner is threatening to sue the Salvation Army's warming shelter (the ONLY ONE in the city) unless they shut down because of a broken window that would be covered by his insurance. Get your car washed and detailed elsewhere, as the owner would prefer the less fortunate deserve to freeze to death rather than deal with a small inconvenience.

I was not impressed with this locations work ethic from when I arrived and left. I arrived and was finally greeted and asked what I wanted after a few minutes. They did not direct me where to go for payment. As I came out when they said it was done, nothing was wiped down, no fragrance, and a half ass job on vaccuming. I will stick with seventh wave car wash
Always get a good wash and excellent detail services here. Because they have a "happiness guarantee" if there's something not done exactly to my specifications, management is responsive and makes it right.
Wasn't very satisfied with my service ( Even though it was a free one from Facebook) my car on the outside I can't complain about. The inside was done with quickness and it showed windshield was smeared everywhere to where I had to clean it when I got they only vacuumed half the backseat to where there was crumbs on the back seat. The customer service was great it's a nice car wash. I just wish they took more pride in the car coming out clean and not just quickly getting the car. Matt, If you weren't happy, we aren't happy. Can you tell me which location you had the wash at? I will call the manager and arrange a do-over. Incidentally, if ever you don't think the service was done thoroughly, we want you to ask for a manager to look it over. We need to know so we can keep our service up to high standards.
i'll start by saying i'm really shocked to see these reviews. i've been going to this car wash spot for years & i won't go anywhere else. i've taken both of my new cars there and the service & quality has been excellent. i recently got a new car so i've been working really hard to keep her nice & clean & i visor water works on nevada every month or so for the full detail that's around $130 or so & im happy every time! they shampoo my carpet & detail every nook & cranny. if i ever have an issue they address it right away. thi... read more
