I just purchased a 2016 Edge, I want to keep it clean so I have been to your establishment 3 time in the last 3 weeks. The prior 2 visits were great. Today I asked about wiping down the interior and was told, "they only do that if you get a detail". I didn't need a detail, all I needed was a wet rag. Then, once the vehicle was washed, the 2 guys and 1 girl, barely cleaned the windows. I had to ask that the back windows be redone. In the past I would have been inclined to give you a 5 star rating. Today however, I ran into a less than exemplary experience. I wanted the "Interior Super Clean" wash. It's only super if you pay extra to dress the doors and extra to get carpeted floor mats washed. Sounds a lot like "average clean" to me. If you call something SUPER aren't you implying the very best you can get? A market has stuff, a supermarket has everything. A man is a man unless he's superman, he's infallible. This place is top notch for making your car look amazing
After two hours i drove off with sloping wet floor mats vents were not done. Windows looked fair except none of the corners had been wiped. I'm very disappointed. I want my hard earned money back! $79 had a coupon took it to $69
Fuck waterworks. The worst place ever all the little girls that work there are bitches and the white young manager is a bitch
