On Wednesday night were in a no water condition with a pump issue. On Wednesday night they answered the phone, got some preliminary info and said the would be out to repair Thursday. Thursday Water Wizards came and pulled the pump. The trouble was a chaffed through wire. John listed the options available to me and since the system was 26 years old I decided to go with a new pump, wire and tank. They quickly installed the pump with new wire, the tank, and then tested the system. In no time at all we had water back. Great job ... read more

I highly recommend Water Wizards. We have used John and his crew for water filtration, softeners, and UV lights for several years. Had a lightning hit last night on our well pump. John and his crew was here first thing this morning. In less than 12 hours, we had our water back. John and his crew have always been professional! Explains everything that has been done. Thank to him, we have well-water that I feel safe drinking. Highly recommended!
