This school is phenomenal. My daughter went from being scared of the water to loving it. She’s moved up three classes since we’ve started a year ago!
1 star for the indoor heated pool, 1 star for the some of the instructors and another for the space (changing/shower/parent area). Service isn’t the best it’s a hit or miss, it’s also hard to get classes over the phone and you need to go in person, also if you can’t get the same instructor 2 times a week it’s harder for the kids to learn.
One star for (some) of the teachers here. Went here with my toddler for parent and me- the pool and the surrounding areas used to be well heated, which is why we joined. Suddenly they stopped heating the lobby and it's been freezing, not safe for a baby. In fact she was shaking and her fingers turned blue in the last two lessons. I tried to contact the front desk, who didn't have any solutions because they're not management.
