I just canceled our ~1.5-year old account with Water Wings because of the rude and condescending tone of a male Hispanic employee there working the desk. He was frustrated that my daughters had tracked water into the lobby from the pool, but couldn’t resist being condescending and sarcastic as he engaged with me over it—think Ben Stiller in Happy Gilmore: off-putting and artificial; in earnest, with the mask barely hanging on. Water wings is a constant frustration every time we go for our class. It’s either a different instructor, 4 in a class when it was sold as a 3 kids maximum and different feedback on our kids progress depending on who’s reviewing her. We just want continuity in her classes and progress and WW seem unable to provide that. It’s a real shame as the facility is excellent and the staff are great (one kindly gave us a free private class recently which was much appreciated) sadly the instructors always seem to leave after a while.
