90% of instructors are not great, Very young adults are running the whole place,from front desk,deck supervisors and instructors. I'm trying my very last instructor(highly suggested by a friend) and I hope it works out. Been going there for a long while now,3 and they are still teaching my 6 year old kid the same exact thing. The only teacher who moved my daughter up right in the beginning warned me that he was the ONLY 1 who has kids(he's name is victor,great coach). Why does it matter? Clean environment
I took my 5-year-old niece today for a free swimming class tour. The instructor was amazing — we loved how they taught and made her feel comfortable. We were ready to sign up right away. But the woman at the front desk (blonde hair, lip fillers) completely ruined everything. She was SO rude and acted like we were asking for a handout just for asking basic questions. My granddaughter loves this place. Classes are so fun and made her so comfortable with water
This place is pretty stupid. It used to have a reasonable absence make up policy. However, it recently instituted the DUMBEST policy I have ever seen: you can only get sick once per month???? This is by far most stupid policy I have ever seen in any business. Who ever made this policy is probably has zero clue as to how to think and what is reasonable.
