Their teaching method is very repetitive and robotic. Every kid in the class does the same thing for a certain amount of time and then switch to the next thing. They pay no attention to the kids' strengths and weaknesses. They do not look at the length of the time that the kid has already been in that level. A kid who has just started the level will be taught the same way as a kid who has been there for a year. We've been going for most of the year now. Switching teachers all the time. They have no idea of the swimmers skill level or sometimes even the child's name. Also expecting a two year old to listen and follow directions. Definitely not experienced with toddlers. Pool also to small for the number of classes and people in at the same time.
We have coming to Water wings for about 4 years now and I have to say it’s a great school. We always recommend to family and friends and the price isn’t bad and always very accommodating when you call with the time required.
The young girl with the curly hair is so rude. I tired to ask questions and she didn’t even look at me and and didn’t give me any useful information
