For the start, after almost 3 months, my son is still getting the same practice as day one. They are charging $26/half an hour session for 3 months (do the math). I hired a private swim coach for $40 for 1 hour sessions, and after 3 sessions, my son finally learned to swim. Also, they have very poor customer service. Usually, it takes more than 3 tries to get someone on the phone. Not recommending at all.
Excellent service
I visited this indoor pool a few days ago and their customer service was horrible they really need to step it up when it comes to greeting people instead of having them standing there with no help I had to walk out after waiting for 20 minutes and no one came to greet me or help me with any questions I had.
Good 30 minute classes and friendly teachers .
