The instructors are very patient and the kids enjoyed the many lessons. We unfortunately had cancel the classes. The same day that we called to cancel, which was the 1st day of the month, they charged us $300 for the month and will not refund the $300 to us, which seems to be bad customer service.
We enrolled our daughter at Water Wings Summerlin starting at 6 months old and stayed until she was about three and a half. While the instructors themselves were wonderful and the best part of the program, the overall experience was very disappointing. Scheduling and payments were consistently a nightmare, rescheduling was difficult, and lessons often started late. Coach Jordan is the best! We love this school
My 2 year old son took 2 months of classes at Water Wings and after the 4th class I saw the confidence in him sky rocket. I love that one of the first things he learned was how to hold on to the side of the pool and also the diving and backfloat was so important as well. He absolutely loooovvvveeesss Coach Jasmine.
