Have been treated very unfairly!Been renting 3 years paying on time and they refuse to fix Ac/Heater till now. Now I am being asked to leave but they have no reason. I have 3 children and the condition they put us through is very unprofessional. They let plumbing leak and I advised them theres an electrical outlet next to leak and they disregarded it for months. I have had a wide range of bad experiences at their location on W Aldine Ave in East Lakeview in Chicago. The walls are thin, a majority of people slam their doors when entering or leaving their apartment, they slam the doors to the stairwe , the elevator can be heard opening and closing as it goes up and down between floors, people leave the front door open, the laundry machines are not working well and they wont fix or replace, there is a tenant on my floor that is really rude and they have not helped and seem to support t... read more

I live one flight up in a 3 story building and one morning the maintenance staff was watering the flowers outside my apartment, that day I had my windows opened and the manner in which they had the sprinklers facing allowed the water to enter into my unit.
