So inconvenient when the water goes off with no explanation!! This has happened way too frequently. They should not be allowed to turn it off without giving us a day warning. I have lived here for about 2 years. Some of the people who live here take shopping carts from stores to carry their stuff back to their apartment. This sucks because then there are all these damn shopping carts all over the place. Also depending on which apartment you are in you can hear your neighbors.
