Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Williams gave us a clear explanation and options.
Front desk was welcoming and helpful with insurance. Also covid guideline procedure practiced made it safe. Appointment didn't go through online for me. But I still show up and they were able to fix the appointment and got my dental exam and cleaning same day I showed up. Exam and cleaning were thoroughly done. Exam and cleaning detected my gum and teeth pain. Professional and at ease consulting and procedure.
Good Covid protocols followed. Friendly, competent, and capable staff, dental hygienist and dentist.
It was comforting to know all of my options on a removing a tooth that was causing migraines. Given clear planning on what to do after removal and next check up date instantly to insure full recovery occurs.
I was told by another dentist elsewhere that I have two cavities and I need to have them fixed as soon as possible. I went to see Dr. Velano and I was told that I don't need to have them drilled. I had Dr. Velano reviewed my X-Rays one more time and I was confirmed that I don't need to have them repaired now. I was told to monitor them for any issue. Dr. Velano was very friendly and honest. I highly recommend him and the facility to anyone.
The staff was kind and Courteous when I walked in. It was clear they had safety protocols in Place which made me feel good. The dentist was knowledgeable young, and very good at what she does. I battle with anxiety and they made me come through the entire visit.
Ali was an amazing and professional, he did clean my teeth and gave me a good advice to keep it in good condition, friendly and good team , looking forward to the next appointment with Dr. Ninos he’s been doing an awesome job , I’m always happy to visit that office thank you
Went for a routine dental exam. The doctor & the hygienist were kind, approachable, and thorough. Covid-19 protocols made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the visit.
