From the friendly front desk staff to the spotlessly clean environment and the excellent care given, I highly recommend 1st Family Dental in Burr Ridge. No one wants to go to the dentist, but they make it as pleasant as is possible. My favorite hygienist is Francesca, and I always request an appointment with her. She is thorough, friendly and explains everything she is doing.
This office is spectacular! The staff and Doctor are genuine and really want to assist your dental needs. I never had a filling done or anything before and I needed 7. The Doctor was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable. I hold my breath when nervous and he caught on to that, making sure I wouldn’t pass out. The fact he noticed that small detail about me, let’s me know he actually cares. Cant wait for my cleaning in 6 months!

The best place I feel comfortable to do this job
My son and I went in there today. Been going since he was 2, he’s now 5. He had a lot of energy and the dental hygienist was amazing! She kept him calm and had so much fun with him! I didn’t get her name but she has purple hair! I’m not sure how you make a dentist appt fun, but she did!
The staff was very nice and wellcoming
Today I had to get a tooth pulled and I was extremely scared. The dentist and the dentist assistant made me feel so comfortable. He kept me smiling . I really appreciate them being patient with me . I didn’t feel a thing ! I am so happy I choose this dentist! Thank you’ll for being great , everyone in the office is so nice .
I haven't been to a dentist in a long time. Family dental the receptionist were greeted you pleasantly they answered all my questions the Dr was nice the whole environment had a cozy atmosphere
