I have been going to Water Tower Dental for some time. I have very complicated medical issues, and going to the dentist is traumatic and excruciatingly painful for me. The entire staff has ALWAYS taken all steps possible to diminish the amount of pain I experience, let things go at my pace (which means several breaks), and never make me feel troublesome. I recently took my four-year old daughter in for her first cleaning. The hygienist was fantastic - she was very patient with my daughter, informed her about all of the instruments and just generally made the entire experience very comfortable. As usual, Dr. Shirazi was very friendly and treated us with kindness. My daughter thinks going to the dentist is really fun and seems to understand how important it is to go twice a year. Thank you!
