There is a receptionist that is extremely rude. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with her but I won't deal with the unprofessional behavior.
Was good when we first started but the overall quality now is very poor. My son has had braces much longer (at least 6 months) due to this office cancelling appointments, causing over-corrections that require additional adjustments to correct, or only having appointments available further out than the recommended adjustment time. When we try to address scheduling concerns with the office, they either never respond or their response is a "sorry, we are working on the schedule" with no action to correct the issue.
