ordered a pool blaster via amazon at the end of April, lasted ruffly 30 days before it just stopped working. Called amazon and they told me to call water tech and rather than just sending me a new one via exchange, I was offered 2 options, I pay to ship the unit to them and they will fix and ship it back free of charge, or send me a new pump and with instructions I can replace it myself. doesnt respond to return products. Filled out there form last week no response. and no response from email
I've used water tech cordless vacuums for the pool for 5 years now they are the best products ever they are tough and long-lasting would recommend them for anyone very pleased with their products
Purchased online, used it 6 times, worked well, was please with how well it picked up. Less than 2 months and 3 charges, it stopped working. Took a short charge but would never start. Returned to Walmart. ps, don't buy the extended warranty waist of money.
