Super excellent.
Randy was very prompt, very knowledgeable, very honest and his prices were exceptionally reasonable. We were very pleased with the reseal he performed and we have had no problems with any leaks since the reseal. AWESOME JOB!!
The best experience I could hope for. Randy came early in the day, diagnosed the problem and said he would return late afternoon to do the repair. He called, he came and he repaired the water leakage problem at a very reasonable price. He also cleaned up the entire site and took the garbage out. Who could ask for more? Bob W.

Randy was knowledgeable on the phone and diagnosed the problem immediately, including given us the project cost. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He even helped guide us on sealing the edge between our pavement and house, even though his job was to work on the basement leak. The leak was stopped and he said it carries a lifetime guareentee. Unbelievable. Randy Bement of the Water Stoppers came at 10:30 as promised, just left at 2:24. He repaired two foundation cracks, which included taking down paneling. You can't tell that he was here. Possibly the best service experience of my life. And he gave us the same price he quoted us in March. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
