Randy and crew did a great job filling an actively leaking crack in my basement wall. He made time to come by the same day - which I didn't expect, did great work, and was very professional/pleasant. Very fair price as well. Highly recommended.

We had Randy come out to repair a leak that started at one end of our house in the garage. At the beginning, he was very attentive. We had him come out several times to continue work on the backside of our home. Although, the repairs fixed the leak in some areas, he had to come out and re-repair other areas on more than one occasion. It became harder and harder to get a hold of him. Out of all the companies that contacted me, they were the most prompt and punctual. Stayed in contact the whole time and did great work. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if and when needed.
I shopped around, and ended up getting 3 quotes. The Water Stoppers was not the cheapest, but it was definitely competitive pricing. Randy came out to give me a quote on a Saturday Morning, and he was working on waterproofing my basement by Monday Morning. he was friendly. He cleaned up after himself. and his work came w a warranty that is good for as long as i own the property.
They were very professional in their approach and very courteous. We had to patch and repair a concrete crawl space in a very short period of time to meet a home sale deadline. They responded quickly to our request for a quote. The technician arrived on time completed the work in good order, even repairing one area missed by the home inspector. Their pricing was very fair. I would recommend this company for foundation repair and water proofing work.
I've waited to write this review, just to be sure. I've cleaned up hundreds of gallons of water over the years in our basement. Randy bricked up the windows that had no drainage tiles, and repaired the cracked wall. Big, big storms since then--NO MORE WATER! Not a drop.
