Randy and crew did a great job filling an actively leaking crack in my basement wall. He made time to come by the same day - which I didn't expect, did great work, and was very professional/pleasant. Very fair price as well. Highly recommended.

We had Randy come out to repair a leak that started at one end of our house in the garage. At the beginning, he was very attentive. We had him come out several times to continue work on the backside of our home. Although, the repairs fixed the leak in some areas, he had to come out and re-repair other areas on more than one occasion. It became harder and harder to get a hold of him. I shopped around, and ended up getting 3 quotes. The Water Stoppers was not the cheapest, but it was definitely competitive pricing. Randy came out to give me a quote on a Saturday Morning, and he was working on waterproofing my basement by Monday Morning. he was friendly. He cleaned up after himself. and his work came w a warranty that is good for as long as i own the property.
