Water bowls heavy spalling after 3 years. Warranty 5. Emailed and called. VM only. No live person No response. These bowls are cheaply made with only thin plaster coat. Big headache now.
We ordered bowls and pedestals in 2021 in late summer. Pedestals were broken upon arrival. This company was very nice and agreed to send new ones. As you might guess, it is now March and no pedestals. Also, when we do get in touch with them, they always tell us they are ready to be shipped. Been ready to be shipped since around Thanksgiving. If we could do it over, we would not do business with them. I do hope they see this and contact us to make this right. If they do, I will change the review or delete it.
Ordered scuppers for a house project I was hired to do. Decided to take a chance knowing by the other reviews there might be some delays, but hey, everything is behind these days. I ordered in the weathered copper and was beyond impressed with the quality and the look of the finish. It did take about 8 weeks but was well worth the wait.
I purchased two water fountains for my newly built pool July 10, 2021 with the website clearly stating there was a 4-6 week lead time due to the manufacturing process. I confirmed this with the gentlemen I spoke with over the phone at time of purchase. This was fine with me as I was in no rush. It is now October 21, 2021 and I have yet to be able to get a hold of anyone at both numbers listed nor have I gotten a return email in regards to my inquiries. We ordered 2 scuppers back in March, when they arrived approx 4 weeks later they were the wrong scuppers delivered and not what was ordered. I am only writing a negative review here in hopes that the company will see this and respond to me. I have been trying to get ahold of this company all of April to see about getting these returned and the right scuppers delivered but have not gotten a phone call or email back and no one answers the phone.
