Very nice helpful people. I am bummed that they no longer sell distilled water. I think it started becoming too expensive? Reverse osmosis (RO) filtering removes most contaminants but may leave trace amounts of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), certain gases, and some microorganisms. Distillation removes these by vaporizing water and collecting the pure condensate, leaving nearly all impurities behind.
I haven’t been there for about 2 1/2 years due to health problems. It’s the best filtered water in Morgan Hill. Last time I bought water there it was about 60-70 cents a gallon. The owner name is Sooze called her Sues the Korean accent is hard to say correctly. She’s very the friendly and helpful.
