There is no one better than Derrick and water out now. He is reliable, answers his phone when you call and does a phenomenal job with grout, carpet and upholstery. I have used him on many occasions and have referred him to many. Anyone I refer him to, thanks me for the referral and tells me how great he did.
Water Out came to the rescue... moving out of a rental and needed the grout cleaned, it was cream colored when we moved in and almost black when we moved out, and Water Out saved me!!! Floors look better than when we moved in 6 years ago!!! Thank you so much you guys are the best!!!!

Absolutely! Once my insurance finally notified them-they were out the very same day. Guys were very professional, efficient and great at explaining the process and what they were doing at every point. We used Water Out Now for a pipe that was leaking on to our carpet soaking the carpet. They were fast to respond, fit us in quickly and very professional.
