She helped me tape an existing hoop to protect it, was able to provide me with a box so I can ship another one out for repairs (both light-up hoops). I absolutely love my new hoop Rebecca made me!! So many colors and sizes to choose from! Makes me happy to see someone this passionate about their craft.
