While the Location is pretty stellar with easy walking to Congress St or downtown and a view of town lake it was not enough to overcome the challenges in the building and community. The main theme of Watermarq is that it is a frat house. Ask any tenant you see and they will confirm. The back yard looks inviting until you watch owners allow their pets to defecate on the turf in the grill and fire pit areas. Pets are common here but yet they have turf….?
