Alex installed a new water heater to replace the old unit. Alex is very skilled installer. He has a very nice personality, very positive. Huge shout out and thank you to Wesley for coming out so promptly on Saturday morning to assess and provide an estimate on replacing our leaking water heater. Wesley answered all my questions and provided great insight for me to decide between a Tankless or Tank heater. I ended up selecting a tank water heater with a great warranty. Wesley was awesome all around. Great knowledge, understanding, and professionalism. He knew everything from A-Z and was able to tell me step by step what he was doing and the purpose behind it. Will definitely use him again in the future.

No complaints except the price, which was to be expected. They were able to come the following day to replace an old water heater and add a ball valve after calling after hours the previous evening. Lucas explained the process and answered all questions we had. He seemed to do a fast and efficient installation job.
