Gerardo was awesome. He showed up before expected appointment time. He was very forthcoming with the process/progress. Estimate was accurate. Price was reasonable. He was educated about the upcoming EPA requirements and was able to share his knowledge with us. He did exceptional work, especially for coming out on a weekend. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
I'm very satisfied with the entire process of getting a new water heater through Water Heaters Only. From the initial phone call, to the onsite quote, and through installation everything was professional, smooth and timely. A lot of the credit goes to our technician, Lucas, who handled everything from the initial quote through the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WHO and Lucas to any friends or family in need of a new water heater.
