Lucas was very professional, patient and informative with us during the whole process.
Water Heaters Only was prompt after speaking with Paul at 8 am, Lucas was on site at 9:50 am and was done before noon. Lucas was friendly and efficient and patiently explained everything. No complaints.
Had a good experience provided by Will Gunn who showed up to help us replace our water heater. Originally it was assigned to Dan who is also very professional but he had family emergency which might lead to another day delay. Will did a good and clean job, much appreciated !
