Matt Hoffman was a pure pleasure.. He made the extra effort to make sure the water heater was installed properly and took the time to install a base below the heater to protect against water damage.. He has a super friendly approach and we loved working with him.
Brandon was knowledgeable and quick with the installation. Explained the various options and after installed.
Matt Hoffman was amazing! Homeowners always want to have a long-term, knowledgeable technician, who is honest, and providing the best advice versus considering company profits or lack of need for upgrades. I don't want this to be seen as a negative, but a positive. Matt is servicing his customers with their best interests at heart! This is uncommon in this industry and should be recognized and acknowledged!
Matt Hoffman was very prompt! He showed up, discussed what he was going to do and did the work in record time. He was very friendly and a joy to talk too. He really knows his stuff and his years of service with this company shows. I would 100% call Water Heaters Only again, and ask for Matt.
A weekend and out goes the water heater? No problem if you contact Water Heaters Only, Inc. The big box stores only service on weekdays and their scheduling, paperwork, etc. is a pain. But Water Heaters Inc. makes the process easy and is inexpensive or even less than those other businesses. Throw in a great service person like we had in Matt and look no further if you need help.
