Old water heater broke after 20 years. Found the number on the side of the heater, and they were out in under 24hrs. John Fantham was great. Helped get the old heater out and returned a few days later after I had the rotted out platform rebuilt. New heater installed and everything is working as it should. John was very helpful and informative.
Brandon was very professional, courteous and took care of my water heater replacement. He kept me informed of all the steps and cleaned up the area after he was done. I would definitely have Brandon and Water Heaters Only come back out again.
Chris (didn't get his last name) did the quote, and John Fantham did the install -- they both did a great job answering my questions and explaining everything they were doing. I feel that they both went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I also commend the HQ staff I spoke with, they were polite and professional. I highly recommended this company

Chris took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the new water heater was up and running perfectly. I was very impressed with his expertise and friendly attitude!!!
