Matt Hoffman was very prompt! He showed up, discussed what he was going to do and did the work in record time. He was very friendly and a joy to talk too. He really knows his stuff and his years of service with this company shows. I would 100% call Water Heaters Only again, and ask for Matt.
A weekend and out goes the water heater? No problem if you contact Water Heaters Only, Inc. The big box stores only service on weekdays and their scheduling, paperwork, etc. is a pain. But Water Heaters Inc. makes the process easy and is inexpensive or even less than those other businesses. Throw in a great service person like we had in Matt and look no further if you need help.
Woke up to a flooded garage from a leaking water heater. Turned off the water supply and Called Water Heaters Only. A preliminary estimate was given over the phone and was reasonable, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Soon after, they called back and said they have an opening for same day if it works for me. I accepted the same day appointment and Matt arrived on time. Wanted to give a big thanks to Matt Hoffman for his prompt, professional, and friendly service on Mother’s Day! Waking up to a leaking water heater on a holiday is never a good thing, but Matt made arrived less than 2 hours after we called and had us up and running with a new water heater in about an hour! No extra fees for the holiday was appreciated! Thanks Matt!
