Called on the phone about getting a thermopile replaced for my water heater. The lady used scare tactics to try and upsell a whole water heater replacement by implying that my unit was under under recall (which it was not) and could be a fire hazard and they would not repair it. Pretty shady……
Matt was polite, pleasant, and worked quickly. He had the parts on hand and I was back on track in less than an hour. And I called yesterday evening and they got me in next morning!
